Questions, answered.
The honest answers to what most people want to know before considering treatment abroad. If yours isn’t here, just ask.
Is treatment abroad safe?
It can be as safe as care at home when the clinic is genuinely good. That’s why we vet clinical standards, credentials, and hygiene before any clinic joins our network — and why a person stays accountable to you throughout.
How do you choose clinics?
We curate rather than list. Clinics earn their place by meeting our standards for clinical quality, hygiene, communication, and service. Clinics can’t simply pay to appear.
Is this about being cheap?
No. Treatment abroad is often far more affordable, but we don’t compete on being cheapest — cheapness signals risk. We compete on trust and a guided experience.
Who is my point of contact?
A dedicated concierge. One named person is responsible for you from your first question through to aftercare, so nothing falls through the cracks.
What happens if something goes wrong?
You’re not on your own. We set clear expectations up front, keep documented plans, stay reachable while you travel, and support you through any follow-up needed when you’re home.
What about aftercare once I’m home?
Aftercare is part of the journey, not an afterthought. We help with post-treatment guidance and coordinate follow-up rather than leaving you at the airport.
Do you give medical or dental advice?
No. SmileNavigator coordinates and informs; all clinical decisions and treatment are made and delivered by licensed clinicians at the clinic.
How long will I need to be away?
It depends on the treatment. We build the timeline around your plan — including healing time — and make it clear before you commit to anything.
